Summary: The property is owned by two different entities therefore the consumer is caught in the middle and is told we don’t do that call them oh call them we don’t do that scenario very confusing. The appliances were aged and the sofa was very used and lumpy. The indoor pool was closed and no one notified the guests who were arriving to ask if they wanted to cancel their room and book somewhere else not courtesy of any kind was given.
