We only accept guests between 18 to 40 years old in dorms presenting a valid photo ID.
Bookings made after 12am will not be processed and check-in will be declined. Check in goes from 14:00 until 00:00. Late check-in is available with prior booking up until 1am on Sun-Thu and 2am on Fri-Sat. Reception closes at 10pm. Please inform us in advance if you will be arriving after 10pm on any given day.
Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
We cannot guarantee that groups will stay in the same room.
We do not guarantee that the whole stay will be in the same room.
Payment upon arrival by cash, credit and debit cards. Credit cards have a 1.5% surcharge.
Non refundable bookings must be paid in advance.
