Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location was good, on the middle of the city. Staff was friendly and nice and helpful. Our room have small fan that was saver in summer. The room was affordable by price.

Negative: Our room was quite small and shower was quite tight and we can manage. Bunk bed wasn't optimal but we can manage. Building was quite old but these all was just nothing, we can accept that too. We were in our room and I hear some voice from outside (wall was quite thin) that someone is coming. Then our door opened and there was two person (mom and her adult daughter). First we look each other for quite moment then staff run from reception and told us that she give them wrong key. I know everyone make mistake but my old mom was shock. I don't know could we come back to this place again. This event makes me feel unsecure.
