Hello all of my potential future guest! My neighborhood has a very strict noise ordinance and my property does not allow any loud activity
WHAT IS LOUD ACTIVITY YOU MAY ASK??
Good Question! Loud activity is any activity that can be heard by my neighbors. If they can hear it past 8 PM it is disturbing them. So for this reason my home does not allow the following:
- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES
- no music played by speaker, even small portable speakers (Music played from your phone is OK)
- No screaming or excessively loud talking on the patio
- no popping balloons or streamers
And to ensure these house rules are followed our property has noise detection devices and security cameras
NOICE DETECTION DEVICE
The noise detection device is set at a really high level so only very Excessive loud noises will set it off.
**what WILL NOT set it off**
kids or adults laughing, singing, playing and having a good time. Kids running around playing all the games will be no issue at all! Everyone can play all night long even past 8pm
**what WILL set it off**
having a party past 8pm. Loud music played by speaking pasted 8pm. Screaming and yelling past 8pm.
SMART DEVICE CAMERAS
"These interior camera devices can be turned off during your stay. Instructions will be provided. The exterior cameras will be recording, but will not be monitored unless noise levels or complaints require a review."

You will be staying in a private home located in sunny southern California that includes a HOT TUB and GAME ROOM with arcades!! With private parking and plenty of space to relax! Ideal for a vacation with family and friends, Honeymoons, and Business Meetings! The weather is always wonderful, the community is very safe, and you will be walking distance to many of California's best restaurants. This home has 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and living Space of over 1,700 sq ft!! Free High Speed wireless Internet, cable TV, board games, and Movies. Clean beach and bath towels, warm blankets, and all your needed kitchen items to support a large group of friends and family!

EARLY CHECK-IN AND LATE CHECKOUT AVAILABLE!!
As long as we do not have guest checking in or out the same day as you we will be glad to provide you with an early check-in or late check-out! We understand traveling can be stressful. We're here to help any way we can :)
- When booking my property Airbnb gives you an option to choose your desired check-in time. My properties standard check in time is 4 PM. You may request an earlier check-in time but if you do not message me directly and I do not confirm your early check-in request is allowable, Your check in time will be at the Standard time of 4 PM

HOUSE RULES
- NO parties
- NO loud music or activities
- NO pets
- NO smoking
TRASH CANS
Once a week my staff will arrive at the property and take the trash cans from the side of the house two the street curb in front of the house so the trash man can empty the trash cans. My staff will then put the trash cans back on the side of the house. Please note: My staff will enter the property from the side gate to move the trash cans. They will not entire the house or disturb you in anyway. By reserving my property you agreed to allow my staff to service the trash cans
PROPANE TANK
We provide empty propane Tanks so you never have to worry about bringing your own! You can fill up the tank at the local home depot or Walmart. please do not damage the tanks
LANDSCAPING SERVICE
We take pride in our property and we have the landscaping serviced 1 or 2 a week. by reserving our home you agree to allow the service people in the front yard and backyard areas to make sure everything is perfect for your stay!
IN-DOOR FIREPLACE
The fireplace inside the house is for decoration purposes only. For safety reasons we do not allow any fires in the fireplace
