Summary: Staff let me leave my luggage at 11 in morning, and gave me the room key to use after the room had been cleaned (note - reception is closed between 11a.m. and 2) Considering the central location the hotel is very quiet The breakfast was excellent for this type of hotel. It hadvarious plant based milks and yogurts The staff generally were very cheerful - not the norm in German customer facing roles The whole stay was a pleasant surprise
