Summary: Okay I really wanted to love this hotel. The reality is very different from the fantasy that I created based on the pictures and descriptions of the hotel. First issue was the lack of communication from the hotel upon arrival you get stuck outside unless the hotel remembers to contact you before hand with instructions on how to get in. The room room beautiful at first glance but once you start going thru the room putting away your belongings you start to notice a lot and I mean a lot of issues with the room. Maybe it was just my bad luck but I had animal droppings in countless areas and the room felt like it could fall apart with a push. Everything that I saw for myself from the room to the exterior areas looked like they were falling apart, from the pool area to the rooms just need a lot of work...screws, tiles, bugs, animal droppings everywhere. The list goes on and on and I would suggest to get a car or a golf cart if you stay in this hotel the road to the hotel is rough and the walk up to the rooms is steep. So over all I am disappointed for what I paid basically 1,000 dollars and I didn't want to say anything because of the discomfort we would have to endure after telling the staff the obvious issues with the room and the place.
