Summary: We stayed at Casa Nare for 4 nights in 2 rooms. My son and I were in Room 4 and we were generally okay with the room as the temperature was okay However my wife and daughter were in room 2 and the temperature was consistently unbearably hot. My wife complained repeatedly and the staff told her the air cooler machine would eventually cool off the room, which it never did. They spent 2 nights without sleep until I finally went to the front desk and said my wife can’t stay here and we were going to move to another hotel. After repeated complaints and only after I threatened to leave, the attendant then offered her another room #6 which was better. The room change should have been offered immediately rather than waiting for 2 nights. The breakfast was good but should have offered more variety than egg dishes every morning.
