Summary: Reception could not find reservation made via hotels.com app. The rooms did not feel clean and my daughter pointed out a cockroach crawling near bed as we were readying to checkout. Bathrooms don’t have a barrier/curtain to prevent toilet and sink from getting wet while showering. Had to keep bathroom door closed to keep sewage smell out of bed area. Rooms don’t have air conditioning
