Positive: I had an amazing stay at Chamade. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, and since Ghent is a relatively small city, the city centre is easily reachable on foot in about 20 minutes. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean, and I felt really comfortable and cosy throughout my stay. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh products and a great variety of continental options. But what really made the difference was the care and attention of the staff. Everyone was polite, attentive, kind, and incredibly helpful. Their warmth and thoughtfulness truly made my stay special.
