Summary: We had a lovely time staying at Hotel Colonial in PDC! The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to suggest activities or call a taxi when we needed it. They also speak English and Spanish for those who may not be as familiar with Spanish. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and clean, exactly what we needed to come back to after long days of activities. We also spent a good amount of time by the pool which was just perfect! The area around the hotel felt very safe and was only a short walk from the beach and Quinta Avenida so we walked pretty much everywhere! If you are looking for a good local restaurant to try, we frequently stopped by Muelle de Chema right next door - the food is delicious and the staff are very kind and friendly. Overall, a fantastic experience!! I would recommend this Hotel Colonial to anyone!!!
