Summary: Annoying right from the get tho. Check in not until 4 & they stick to this policy strictly. Naturally some people will arrive early so there. Will be a long time and a lobby full of people waiting. Can’t even wait at their bar because we that don’t open until 5! Missed opportunity there. Then I got to my room and although the property is decent and so is the room, it wasn’t very clean. Specially the toilet bowl. To make matters worse the AC in our room didn’t work and it got awful hot. Front desk woman had a very poor attitude about my complaint. I will say the manager was very nice & professional and was able to get us to another room. I’ve stayed at Hotel De Anza another couple times prior to this stay and had a fair experience however and unfortunately I won’t be staying again. There was too many failures and many more options nearby that will get the job done better
