Summary: The hotel is situated in an great location and is within easy reach of most attractions. We booked a room with a view of the Empire State and it certainly delivered. Room 2304 had an excellent view of the Empire State and through the skyline also a fab view of the One World Trade building. The rooftop bar although small, has a lovely vibe with great views. The reception staff were super helpful, as were the bar staff in the rooftop ( although run off there feet). We never ate in any of the onsite restaurants.so cannot give a review although they were always super busy so must be doing a good job. Not so great was the: hotel lobby, it is very small with only 1 couch for seats. If you had to wait taxis etc you often had to stand outside in the porch way. The rooms have comfy beds and everything you need. We found them a bit dark and the lighting in the evening is not great for getting ready. We also found the bedroom floors were a bit dusty and could do with a good polish. All in all it is a good 4 night break hotel.
