Summary: We originally booked hotels, indigo in Cleveland downtown. When we arrived, they rudely told us we were at the wrong hotel and sent us 20 miles to what they said was the correct hotel. We were told that sometimes hotels.com will book the next closest hotel of the same franchise if they are sold out, I don’t know if this is true or not, but it was not convenient for us. Ultimately the hotel we stayed at was very charming, and the staff was very friendly.
