Summary: When we arrived at property, we were given a room far inferior to the one we prepaid. We were eventually given the room we booked. There was no key for the safe so we could not use it. The sliding patio door did not lock which meant the room was insecure no place to lock out valuables when travelling to the park. The restaurant was great. The pool did not seem clean. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, however could not give it more stars. The view from the top room was spectacular.
