Summary: Hotel reception staff were helpful and the property in general was kept to a good standard. The only issue I had was that the air condition in the room was leaking and when I came into the room after being out it was all over the floor and I nearly fell on my back! I asked the reception if they could get someone to check which I believe on the second time of me complaining someone did come up, but unfortunately it just leaked everywhere again so I was using the towels from the bathroom to soak up the water.
