Summary: The hotel is ok, the family room for 2 adults and 2 kids was spacious, and the hotel is just next to the main entrance of the park. The pools and common areas are quite small for such a big hotel. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the room: water started dropping from the ceiling (probably related to the air conditioning), and nothing was done even calling or going to the reception several times. The maintenance personnel promised never came, and at the reception, they told us that they could not change the room until the supervisor arrived. It took several hours to get new rooms, and we had to insist a lot. In my opinion, it was very unprofessional and not client friendly.
