Summary: Hotel looks lovely on first appearances, the Mediterranean style and feel is very nicely done, however, its very tired and the service we experienced was nothing but awful. We were merely asking for a table to eat in the pool area restaurant to be shouted at by the host because we hadn't booked and therefore couldn't book? Very strange! Her attitude was appalling the way she spoke to us with no respect whatsover! We had to settle for the buffet restaurant in the main hotel area but this was carnage, had to pay set price per person for the food which was cold, bland and full of rude people pushing in with no regard. Trying to get a drink took an age, by which point was all I wanted. Hotel room was stinky and felt unhygenic. Could do with an overhaul to bring it back to a higer standard which I am sure at one time it would have been. Although convenient for the park entrance I would rather have stayed in a more decent hotel down the road.
