Summary: The good: Close to public transport and what we wanted to visit. Our room was quiet, even with the Jazz Festival going on outside. The kitchenette was a plus. Breakfast is simple but adequate (cereal, yogurt, coffee). Window a/c. The not-so-good: It's an older building, and it feels like it. It's on an upper floor, above a sex shop, and the stairwells smell bad. And there are lots of stairs. We had to wind through a maze of about 4 staircases up and down to get to our room. The beds were fine, but the room wasn't comfortable enough that we wanted to go back for a rest during the day. It fit our needs, but I won't stay there next time we visit.
