Positive: The hotel is new so it’s beautiful . And Clean. What could be better? Please have water available at the hotel . We had to go to the next hotel to get ice and water . Room Bathroom towels could be bigger and thicker. Towels could be provided at pool area. There is no room service? . We asked to a blanket late at night bc the room was cold and only sheets were provided . We were told ; they don’t drop off anything at our room. We had to get dressed and grab it at the lobby . No clothing iron in the room . We had to pay $20 euros at the lobby for them to let us borrow it . Then we had to take it back right after to the lobby and they reimburse the $20 euros. The included breakfast . It was fresh and good for the first few days . Then the bread was stale bread . The coffee machine wast brewing properly . And the fresh squeezed orange juice was then changed for boxed juice . The quality of the breakfast overall was just going down hill . I was there for a week. The hotel is good ; but . Could be better.
