Enjoy a full 7 bedrooms at Hookipa, Pristine inside and out, this brand new 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home with a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath cottage is sure to exceed expectations and are the perfect place to unwind from your day . Featuring a private, heated pool, guests can enjoy the water from the comfort of your own front yard. White sand beaches are located less than a 5 minute drive from the property, or a comfortable 15 minute walk, if you are in the mood.
The house includes two master suites, each with a king size bed, soaking tub, walk-in shower with two shower heads, and ample closet space. The upstairs suite (the only bedroom on the upper level). Two additional rooms in the main house have a queen bed in each and share a bathroom. The upstairs game room has a pinball machine, foosball and arcade games with a pullout couch making the home well equipped to accommodate 12 individuals. The house is ideally situated to take advantage of the tropical breezes with multiple window, door and screen options available. If the trade winds die down, each bedroom and each of the main living areas also includes its own split air conditioning unit, so every guest will stay comfortable at any time of the day.
Ho'okipa offers the perfect mixture of public and private spaces for individuals to socialize together, or relax in private. The cottage has a master bedroom with its own private bathroom on the first floor and upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a bedroom with a bunk bed that share a bathroom. There is a full kitchen in the cottage and its own private small pool. Grill up some fresh island fish using the professional kitchen and conveniently located outdoor grill, or take a short walk to the Kukui’ula Shopping Center for a variety of unique dining options. Soak up the sun or take a dip in the pool within the privacy of the gated property.
