Summary: This home is not ready for the STR market. It is in a good area and lots to do around it. But it is not beautifully renovated as the listing states. It is an older home with a new coat of white paint, minimal furnishings and inadequate window coverings. I We did not stay and went to a hotel after we saw the lack of locks on the windows and back door. The back door had no door latch and was held shut with a key and hook lock. Some windows were painted shut and others did not lock. The home has potential and is charming, but needs to more work to be a short term rental.
