Summary: Positives, then negatives. Positives: The house is in a great location in Bluffton, with close proximity to the town, restaurants, and less than 25 minutes to Hilton Head beaches. There is a great park about a block away that was great to walk our dogs to. The host was quick to respond to questions and concerns. Negatives: House with a view is misleading. There is a garage structure blocking the view of a small lake. The online listing said there was a hot tub, which was one of the reasons I chose this property. There was no hot tub. Very disappointed! The cleanliness was also lacking. Both shower curtains were moldy and dirty. Several of the pans in the kitchen were not clean and had dried on food stuck to them. Kitchen supplies were lacking and more had to be requested from the host. Overall, more attention needs to be paid to the house’s cleaning and maintenance.
