Recent, warm and comfortable house in a very calm and green environment, 5 minutes from the Basin. Built in 2013, it has many amenities: WiFi, washing machines, TV, plancha, trampoline. Terraces to the north and south, and an outdoor cabin converted into a guest bedroom. It is ideal for families (eg 2 couples and their children) who are looking for a peaceful setting between the sea and the forest, with lots of activities and discovery possibilities nearby. Built entirely of wood, it occupies a large plot of 1300 m2 directly on the edge of a moor, one of the few green areas near the Arcachon Bay. The house is located near the Bassin d'Arcachon (500m). Directly on the edge of a cycle path. Shops within 5 minutes and accessible by bike. Cap Ferret at 35 km, the Dune du Pilat at 45 km, the center of Bordeaux at 55 km. There are plenty of oyster taster shacks and restaurants all around. But also a small art house cinema, various shops and full of possible attractions: boat trips, water park, tree climbing, children's park, zoo ... In short, an exotic place.
This house is inhabited all year round and we have a resident cat that we also leave in the summer. To limit the inconvenience, we condemn the cat flap and ask the neighbors to give it food. In which case, Fresbee (who is a very placid and peaceful cat), will still be around ... In return, we leave our bikes available to our occupants ....
