West Seacombe is a spacious house double glazed throughout with ample accommodation for eight situated in a prime position in the quiet village of Thurlestone overlooking both the golf course and the beach. It has been used as a holiday house and for golfing breaks for over 25 years and is well equipped for families, walkers and golfers. A large tarmac drive can accommodate at least 4 cars. Floor to ceiling double glazed sliding doors offer stunning coastal views from the living room and open out onto the terrace. The large terrace has plenty of room for relaxing and there are reclining chairs provided for you to sit and look at the amazing views overlooking the golf course and the coast. The terrace leads onto a large shared lawned garden ideal for family games. The modern dining kitchen is well equipped and spacious.
Well behaved dogs are accepted at an additional charge of £20 per night each.
New for 2020 all bed linen and towels will be provided and for longer stays there is an option of interim cleaning.
