House rules:
1. Quiet hour is 11pm-7am. neighbour on both side of the wall.
2. No one is allow to smoke in the house.
No cigarettes
No weeds
No cannabis
No marijuana
No drug
All smoking need to be outside at front yard.
3. This is an old house, please do not throw ANYTHING in the toilet. Toilet is only for PEE and POO and water, nothing else.
4. Bi-weekly garbage pick up. Please separate the Garbage and take out bin on pick up date:
Green bin: food waste, pizza box, tissue
Blue bin: bottles & cans, paper & cardboard, plastic container
Black bin: BLACK container & all other garbage
5. Please be gentle with the sofa seat.
6.Firepit at the front yard (supervise at all time if used)
7. New portable air conditioner on 3rd floor (please make sure the water does not overflow the bucket provided)
