We are nestled off the beaten path and only 3 miles to downtown Swansboro with quaint shops, restaurants and bars and only 8.4 miles to Emerald Isle. Plenty of outdoor activities for everyone. We are located on a private 8 acre of land with 3 tiny homes and a large pavilion for a great hangout area with family or friends. Huge pavilion with several rocking chairs, lounge chairs, Yoga mats, Hammocks for relaxing in and its own private outhouse area. Pavilion area is outfitted with Edison and twinkle lights and a fire pit. So many options to enjoy this unique space. Have a great girls weekend getaway with your besties or guys who are coming down to the area for a fishing trip this will be a great place to relax in the evening. Want to bring your boats and jet skis? No problem! We've got the space for them. We are also available for concierge services such as decorating for a birthday party, stocking fridges with your favorites, clam bakes, seafood boils, Smore's by the fire pit. You tell us and we can help, We can even arrange for live entertainment or have a massage therapist or yoga instructor come on site. ***Please note that if you have more than 6 people on the property for an event such as wedding, birthday party etc the pricing goes into a special event price. Prices range between 7500~8500 which includes 3 tiny homes for two nights and the event space for up to 100 people, chairs, tables, seating, special insurance liability policy, cleaning fee and both my husband and I helping with the event parking etc.
