Summary: Our connecting door did not lock. Took the hotel 3 hours to fix it despite us telling them about it prior to us going to dinner. Then told us to sit at the bar and wait for them to go to room to fix it. I had a doctors app at u Penn the next morning and did not get into my room until 930.
