Summary: I've stayed here twice. Minutes from the Galleria. I love that it gives the luxurious feel and comfort however there are some spots that could use a little bit of love. The microwave was difficult to operate. There was no Channel guide for tv and when i pressed the info button it was blank. I was told there were none available when I asked. There was also no notepad or pen, I like to write things down especially when there are several places Im researching in the area. Little things matter. I think paying $25/night to park is ridiculous when the gate was never closed and anyone could get in. There is nowhere else to park so there's no choice.
