2 Bedroom Cottage in Campos

It is a house on the outskirts of Campos, 1 Km. It is very cozy, has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a lounge. All areas of the house have windows that give plenty of light. The rooms open directly into the living room, we put doors in the rooms to make them more private (in 216). In the lounge there is a TV, a fireplace, a sofa and rocking chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with the necessary cooking utensils. This year (2016), we have incorporated in the kitchen with a fireplace oven to better heat the house in winter and spring, to make it more welcoming.
It has large terraces to be quietly in the shade of trees and sun.
In the summer evenings you can dine outdoors and enjoy pleasant evenings.

In the village of Campos on Thursdays and Saturdays there is a market of fruits and vegetables, and also Saturday clothing, antiques, etc.

It is located about 25 minutes drive from the airport and about 30 of Palma.

Summary: WE had a really lovely stay in this beautiful, traditional Spanish farm house. It has a wonderfully peaceful location, down a country road on the outskirts of Campos. Very easy to cycle or even walk in to town, or just a few minutes in the car, but far enough away to enjoy the peace and stillness of the countryside. There is a beautiful, very spacious garden and terrace, which provides wonderful outdoor space for breakfast and evenings outside - fig trees, almond trees amongst others, and lovely outdoor grill and eating area. This is also the domain of the hens, chickens and rooster whose farmyard it is! We delighted in watching them go about their daily lives, including one mother hen with her eight chicks! If you are a light sleeper, be advised to bring ear plugs as the rooster does crow in the very early hours, but this comes with the territory! The house is very clean, and had everything we needed. It has a very tasteful, classic style. Really appreciated the use of the sun parasol for the beach & washing machine also a plus. Lots of beautiful beaches within easy driving distance. Communication with the owner was very easy - and helpful, both in the run-up and during our stay. We would definitely think of staying here again, thank you Maria! One small suggestion would be to have some hooks on the wall in the second bedroom as this would help with hanging clothes. It's nice not to have a wardrobe as this leaveses more space in the room, but some hooks would be helpful.
