Summary: Amazing location. The 4 stars on the building did not replicate the experience thou. I have spoken to the manager and staff about this, Frederik Felix, Studio Felix Ltd and advised a few things. No bottle of water in the room. Got some ideas how to change the interiors a bit and maintain the paintwork on the outside/rear.
