Immaculate ranch in Bonnet Shores on corner lot! The main level of this home boasts a large open living area, kitchen and dining room with sliders to a deck overlooking the yard. There are three bedrooms on the this level, one featuring an en-suite bathroom. The other two rooms share another full bathroom. The lower level is bright and airy and is set up with a sleeping area and full bathroom. From the lower level there are doors that lead outside to the large grassy yard. The furniture, decor and paint have been recently updated for a true beach house feel.
Access to Kelly Beach via Dunes Road is only one mile away and Narragansett Town Beach is 4 miles away. Easy access to Jamestown, Newport and Providence. The perfect vacation spot!
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
