100% of our housekeeping fee goes to the local housekeeper to clean, sanitize, and prepare the house for your vacation stay. We use a 3rd party provider who cleans all linens and sanitizes the house. We truly wish the cost was less, but the cost of living in Summit County has increased the last few years, and our provider needs to make a living :-). Still, we are trying to keep our prices affordable for you!
Please note, host provides grill and propane tanks. We don't guarantee propane gas in tank, but often times there is from prior guest. City Market grocery market is 7-minute drive from house for refills. Owner will reimburse refill if you provide receipt. There is a propane gauge meter on the grill in order to see how much is left.
