Take in the big views of Stratton's Sun Bowl from nearly every room in this fully loaded 5BR home. Minutes to Stratton, this 5,400 SF luxury home is the perfect place to return to after a day on the mountains. Private, yet close to it all; you can be in Stratton village in minutes as well as shopping in Manchester within a half hour. This home will check every box: Big view, modern amenities, open layout, main floor master suite, 5 bedrooms, and 2 living spaces. The open floor plan invites you and your guests to enjoy your time together utilizing the chef's kitchen and relaxing in front of the fireplace or wood burning stove. Perfect for a large family get together or a couple of families as there are three level to insure everyone has their space.
On the top floor enjoy views of Sun Bowl from the sitting room and watch the snowcats groom at night from your bedroom. This floor has two bedrooms with a common full bathroom equipped with a tub. One oversized bedroom has two queen beds and oversized closet. The second bedroom features a queen with double closets.
The middle floor features most of the communal living space. Oversized couch and chairs, huge round table, gourmet kitchen with seats at the bar, stone fireplace, flatscreen tv equipped with Apple TV and 1/2 bath make this the perfect gathering space for all. In addition, find 1 of 2 mudrooms in the house on this level. Off of the main living space you will find a secluded master suite with king bed, en suite bathroom with double sinks and walk in spa shower, walk in custom closet, and sliders leading out onto the deck. From the bed you can view the stars at night and wake up to the colors on the trees or snow on the mountain.
On the bottom level, you will find a second living area equipped with 55" smart tv and wood burning stove as well as an office nook. One of the two oversized bedrooms features a king bed with en suite full bathroom with tub. The other bedroom features two queen beds with oversized closet. Bathroom with spa stall shower directly across from bedroom privately tucked away from living area. On this level you will find the second mudroom, perfect to enter after skiing to remove ski gear!
All bedrooms have plush bedding for a great night of sleep after a day outdoors and bathrooms have spa towels and his and her bathrobes.
The two car garage even has a ski tuning table! Easy access to all the mountains in southern Vermont!
