Little Portugal is a neighbourhood and ethnic enclave in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It is located west of downtown in the "Old" City of Toronto. This eclectic, multicultural neighbourhood is filled with all manner of quirky bars, quaint restaurants, independent stores and traditional family-style Portuguese bakeries. Traditionally home to people of Portuguese and Brazilian backgrounds, it’s become even more diverse in recent years. If you’re lucky enough to be here in June there’s the Dundas West Fest—a street party of music, food, dancing and arts.
While there is street permit parking out front of the building, the unit is not far from the Dundas streetcar. Jump on public transit and be in another great area of the city within minutes. You can also walk south to the Queen streetcar. This area is great for walking! I do have a single parking spot along the side of the building for a small/normal size car.
This entrance to the suite is off a laneway.
There is parking for one standard car or suv. Anything extended length, pickup truck or oversized would not fit. The parking spot is a horizontal spot that requires parallel parking next to the home. Please inquire if you're not sure about your vehicle.
No events or parties allowed. Please treat my home with the same respect and care as you do your own. It is important to be respectful of my neighbours - no noise after hours please. Also, no smoking of any kind in the suite - tobacco or cannabis. Checkout time is 11 am. Thank you.
