While swimming in the heated pool (addtl $) friends & family can BBQ next to you with everything needed for a great meal including all BBQ utensils and a BBQ light to make sure you can see what's being cooked at night! After the meal you guys can lounge around the firepit or take a relaxing nap in the backyard hammock. The swimming pool can be heated for an additional charge ($70/day) and the entire pool area can also be locked off to keep the kids away from the pool when desired. For the kids to stay entertained there is a side yard with artificial grass & a playhouse, radio flyer cart and also a large chalk board with Chalk provided. The kids play area is separate from the pool area and can be kept that way for safety if desired. The entire property is also gated so the kids can run freely and stay on site both front and back.
The property is centrally located with great access to all parts of the city. Safe & desirable neighborhood where neighbors walk their dogs yet the house is completely gated for controlled access and has parking for 3-4 cars no problem. Excellent freeway access to ALL of LA, Starbucks 2 min away & groceries less than 5 min away as well.
This is a quiet and desirable family neighborhood and boisterous activity will not be tolerated. Please respect the house AND the neighborhood. There is NO tolerance for loud music, racing up and down the streets or any loitering outside in the street or the driveway. We DO NOT ALLOW parties or people driving up and down the street going in and out the house. This is not the type of guest we allow. The neighbors will not tolerate it and will contact me and everyone will have to vacate and you will lose your deposit.
As a Superhost with over 4,000 guest stays at all my properties you can always come to expect top of the line beds and bedding, fully stocked kitchens with all the amenities and plentiful charging plugs for all your devices in each bedroom conveniently located at each end of the beds.
This home is spread out on a single floor with lots of natural light and space to relax and eat together or watch TV both inside and out.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Bedroom #1 (Master)- Queen bed, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, 43" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services.
Bedroom #2- Queen sized bed, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices.
Bedroom #3- Two twin beds, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, 40" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services.
Bedroom #4- PLEASE NOTE- This is the converted garage and is very nice and comfortable but does not have its own bathroom. Need to step into the house for that. Queen bed, top of the line mattress and bedding, blackout curtains, convenient and numerous outlets for charging your devices, 50" HD TV with Netflix and all major streaming services. Has its own HVAC unit.
Common Area sleeping- Flexible additional sleeping arrangements include two convertible single sleeper sofas (Beds #6 & 7) in the living room. There is also a queen sized air mattress (AeroBed)(Bed #8) and a single rollaway bed (Bed #9) which can be used. Lastly you have a single sofa bed that can also be used as bed #10 in the 4th BR.
Total beds are: Three queen beds & two twin beds in the bedrooms. Queen sized air mattress, 3 single sleeper sofas, rollaway single bed- For a total of 10 beds if needed. *Please notify us if you plan on using more than 8 beds*
The kitchen has all the modern amenities to make your stay great for the group including a full coffee corner which includes a Keurig coffee machine and also a drip coffee machine to make sure that everyone's happy. You have a large dining table which seats eight people comfortably and outdoor dining table for 8-10 people. All cookware, dishes, and basic spices are there in the home. Outdoor you also have a very nice BBQ with all utensils & BBQ light if you want to enjoy for the group.
The entire house is gated, with driveway parking for 3-4 cars no problem and then additional parking on the street right outside the house.
Very strong Central HVAC controlled by a nest thermostat to ensure that you are comfortable day and night.
The living room boasts a 55"TV loaded with DirecTV satellite television with all the movie channels and comfortable seating on multiple couches and chairs. Super fast and reliable free WiFi (200 MBS) for all of our guests which covers the entire property. ALL 4 bedrooms have smart TVs for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon, etc. The home is stocked with cards & board games for the group to enjoy themselves inside or outside while enjoying the weather!
The outside pool area has areas for both sun and shade so everyone is happy. Large outdoor table under the patio cover make it a great place both day or night! for meals or games! Watch outdoor movies on the TV while relaxing on the sofas under the gazebo while sipping a glass of wine. Seating and chairs for sunbathing on those warm days. Fully gated property lets the kids run around safely! No animals allowed without prior approval, some exceptions will be made. We respect all of our guests including those who have allergies, hence the no animal policy.
The bedrooms ALL have top of the line mattresses, bedding and linens to ensure you get a good nights rest. In addition I know how important it is to charge your devices conveniently so plugs are located at the side of each bed including bedside lamps with USB chargers.
