This 2 bed/2.5 bath sleeps 4-6 and includes a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, & 2 Kayaks! Our oasis sits on a calm, private, shallow cove of Perdido Bay, providing the perfect place for families to play safely. Spend all day right here enjoying the quiet serenity, tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Or take a short 5 minute drive to Perdido Key Beach, restaurants, etc.
This is a three story townhouse located on Perdido Bay, perfect for relaxing, isolating, swimming, and kayaking. With exceptional views, and water proximity you'll find no where else, this unit and community is unlike any other you've stayed in. You can sit and watch for dolphins as the kids play in the shallow waters right behind the unit. The bay is so much safer for swimming and playing, and with the waters edge only like .. 4 steps away, and kayaks included, this unit offers excellent location and accommodations.
The lower level of the unit is the carport, which includes an area for parking, relaxing in the shade, grilling, eating lunch, and of course that direct water access just mere steps away. When you're done enjoying all your outdoor fun, you will enter the front door and then take a flight of stairs to Level 2.
There you will find the living room, private balcony, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. Another flight of stairs will take you to the two bedrooms and two bathrooms on Level 3. The master suite has its own private balcony, on suite bathroom, and a king bed. The guest bedroom also offers an adjacent bathroom, another king bed, and gorgeous views out of its double window. Beautiful Water views from all windows! To sleep 6 guests, you would utilize the master king bed for (2) people, the guest king bed for (2) people, and for up to 2 additional guests a queen size air mattress and bedding is provided.
