This brand new casita has all the essentials needed for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of downtown Boise. Walking distance to the City Centre, Boise State University, and St Luke's Regional Medical Center. Downtown restaurants & bars are just blocks from this beautiful, newly constructed casita.
If you enjoy the outdoors, the Krall Casita is also at the base of the foothills with hiking and mountain biking nearby.
The Space:
The casita is a completely separate house away from the main property. Guests have access to on site parking just feet from the door. It features one bedroom with a king sized bed and a brand new luxury queen pull out bed in the living area. A walk in closet with washer and dryer are present to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A full sized bathroom is conveniently accessible through both the bedroom and main living area. Towels, a hair dryer, shampoo and conditioner, and body wash are provided for your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all things necessary for preparing and cooking a meal. The kitchen features a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, and coffee maker. A smart TV and access to Netflix are available in both the main living area and the bedroom. Guests have access to free wifi. Stay comfortable with heat and air conditioning.

The Neighborhood:
A coveted neighborhood, the East End offers the best and most convenient access to all that the great city of Boise has to offer. Located just east of the center of Boise, one can take a stroll down historic sidewalks to admire the large trees, beautiful old houses, and grab a drink or meal at the Roosevelt Market. If sporting events are your passion, keep your car at the casita and take a walk to Dona Larson Park for high school competitions or to the Boise State University campus to enjoy a football game. A short 10 minute walk will bring you downtown to the State Capitol and many restaurants and bars. Saint Luke's Regional Medical Center is merely two blocks from the casita. During warmer weather, the historic Natatorium Pool and Hydrotube is just a 5 minute drive and floating down the Boise river is easier than ever. Check out Lucky Peak Damn where boating and water sports can be enjoyed just 10 miles east of the property. In the winter months, Bogus Basin, a fantastic local ski mountain, is only 18 miles north, where you can enjoy downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, or tubing. Step out the back door and take advantage of hiking and mountain biking in the Boise foothills.
Getting Around:
The Krall Casita is nestled in the east end of downtown. It is just a short, safe walk to the capitol building, downtown restaurants, and other attractions the city of Boise has to offer including Boise State University. Other affordable and convenient forms of transportation in the area include: Boise Green Bike (nearest hub is just blocks from The Casita), motorized scooters found throughout the city (Bird, Lime), Uber, Lyft, and a city bus system. If you have your own vehicle or a rental car, parking is located right next to the Casita. Free parking on neighborhood streets is available for additional vehicles.
