This 3-bedroom home offers a coastal lifestyle experience. Being this close to the ocean, you will likely hear the roaring surf before you see it. The pull to walk along the clifftop tracks to check the surf draws out the locals every single morning, where the harmonious feeling of seeing the bush and the beach all the way to Bells Beach is a great privilege. The Jan Juc Village shops and cafés are only 2mins stroll away (Swell Cafe is the local institution!), the beach access is 500m away, and Main Street shopping/dining precinct is a short 5' drive away in Torquay.
From the open plan kitchen, living and meals area, the views to the west take in the natural bushland setting of Jan Juc. High windows frame views of the treetops as they sway in the breeze, with comfortable lounge suites to relax and admire the aspect.
Beautifully decorated, the floor plan accommodates up to 6 guests (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). It is the ideal setting for a memorable family holiday, and all bedrooms are beautifully appointed with luxury hotel quality sheets and bath towels plus portable fans.
The King-size master bedroom features an ensuite with in-situ shower, walk-in robe and a beautiful leafy view from the louvre windows. *Please note the bunks have been removed and this room now has a Single bed with a Single trundle bed underneath while next door is a Double bed with Smart TV. A central bathroom has a shower-over-bath, vanity and toilet.

The modern kitchen is fitted with high quality amenities including a 900mm oven, gas hob and large fridge. The stone island bench has 4 stools for informal meals, while the dining table seats 6.
Chill out in the living room on comfy lounges, complete with a Smart TV (log in with your own Netflix/streaming account details to resume your own viewing history), wifi, split system heating and cooling, and wood fire heater. Direct flow to the deck and front yard with a half-pipe skate ramp (use all at your own risk). Kids and pets (dogs subject to approval at time of booking and $50 pet fee) will love playing in these fenced spaces and exploring the huge Bob Pettit Park at the end of the street with adventure playgrounds, BMX pump track, skate park, soccer field and a football oval.
This place has it all for entertaining and relaxing! The west-facing alfresco entertaining area is totally private and includes a Weber BBQ, outdoor setting and outdoor hot/cold shower for post-beach showers. The undercover ‘Zen Deck’ at the rear is fitted with custom yoga ropes and offers a large space for exercise, rest or play, surrounded by gardens, lawn and gum trees.
The perfect base within the Jan Juc community, it’s only minutes from surf beaches, village shops, cafes and restaurants. Guest Access:
Back studio and garage will be locked, but you have full access to the entire home.
The Neighborhood:
Beaches - Our beautiful local beaches include world famous surfing reserve, Bells Beach and Winkipop, a short 2 minute walk up to the Surf Coast Walk clifftop trail. Follow the track to find waves for experienced surfers only, namely Bird Rock, Steps, Winki Pop and Bells, with Jan Juc surf beach located further to the east.
Family-favourite, Cosy Corner, is a few km’s away and both Jan Juc and Torquay beaches offers patrolled family options for swimming and surfing in the summer months.
Spring Creek caters to family fishing, SUPing, kayaking.
There are plenty of cafes and restaurants locally, with many more restaurants, wineries and breweries around the region.

Our beach house is within walking/riding/driving distance to beaches, parks and shops. Ample off-street parking available.
Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 20km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Jan Juc is 1 hour 30 mins by car from Melbourne.
