Positive: The kitchen, outside area, and living room we're pretty good.
Negative: For the amount of money, I wanted a better bed and bathroom. The people above can be heard walking, they also swept their porch onto our outdoor area for a couple days. The owner showed up four or five times in two weeks, and I was very annoyed. Suggestions cookie sheets and crockpot.
