Positive: We were really enamoured from the moment we arrived- our host took welcomed us wonderfully, took the time to inform us of the sustainability initiatives of the property and ensured we knew about all the features of the room. The 75m pool is absolutely stunning and we spent a lot of time around the bar area which was well appointed and great for a group of four to hang out, have snacks and play cards. We were also really lucky to have been greeted by an elephant wandering near the breakfast area one morning, and witness lots of monkeys play around the pool area.
Negative: The food was average overall, which was a shame considering everything else. The gym was a bit too basic to have a thorough workout and I would have loved some proper cushions for the rattan pool loungers.
