Summary: It’s horrible experience! bathroom very stinking, a big cockroach in washroom, they changed room for us. But same situation at room 2128, stinky smells from sewer. The gap between Every tiles all mildew, some tiles are cracked. Bedroom is also horrible as well, a huge brown stain on curtains, carpet in hallway and bedroom so dirty, seems like not washed for years, don’t tell me this is 5 star hotel,
