The Space:
As you enter, the inviting lounge room welcomes you, setting the stage for a stay filled with comfort and relaxation. The open plan living area, with its Smart TV and efficient split system heating and cooling, seamlessly flows into a well-appointed kitchen featuring a Miele stove, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, and a pantry ready to store all your holiday favourites. Enjoy memorable family meals at the large dining table, plus stools at the kitchen bench.
The adaptable front living room, equipped with a Smart TV, offers a serene space for reading or enjoying a movie. The versatility of this room allows for both open socializing and intimate gatherings.
The master bedroom, a private haven with a King bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite, offers a peaceful escape. On the opposite end of the house, the kids' quarters with a central bathroom is a hit among our guests, providing a fun and comfortable space for the younger ones. This includes two bedrooms with Single beds and trundles, and a third with a Double Base Bunk and a Single top, accommodating up to 9 guests in total.
All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels (BYO beach towels). We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Laundry has a washing machine, no clothes dryer.

In this seaside community, it's an easy bike ride or stroll to the Jan Juc shops, main beach, parks and clifftop track, where you can walk and access reef breaks all along the coast to Bells Beach. Fancy a round of golf? The RACV Torquay course is second to none, and green walking trails lead to nature reserves, children’s playgrounds and the skate park.
Getting Around:
Our beach house is within walking/riding/driving distance to beaches, parks and shops. Garage is locked, but parking is available for 2 cars in driveway, plus on-street parking.
Buses to and from Torquay and Geelong (Number 50 or 51).
Closest train station 20km away (Waurn Ponds station) for V/Line train Geelong- Melbourne.
Jan Juc is 1 hour 20 mins by car from Melbourne.
