Summary: Consistently amazing staff and hosts, always coming across as genuinely friendly and actually enjoying their job and your visiting. King room is bigger than it looks in the photos, very happy with it. We have stayed in many five stars hotels that didn’t match the overall quality; consistently excellent service, food, and staff.
