BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED and recently remodeled beach block townhouse!! This property is less then 100 steps to the beach! The first floor of this property is a garage (with extra fridge) and a furnished bonus room with a queen bed and sofa bed. The backyard has a half court basketball area for the kids to play. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, one is the larger suite with private bath and deck with ocean views. This room has a queen bed. The middle bedroom has 2 twin beds and the back bedroom has a full bed. This floor has a full hallway bathroom. Walk up to the third floor and you have the great room with living room, dining room and kitchen. This floor also has the another larger suite with private bathroom, queen bed and a very large back deck with table, chairs and outside grill. Ocean views are as good on this deck as they are on the front deck off the living room. This quiet T.I. neighborhood has a great beach and will allow your family a vacation you will always remember.

Summary: House was not cleaned very well (filthy baseboards, marks on walls, dust bunnies under furniture and on floors) could use new toilet seats (chipped),fresh paint, a GOOD deep clean, but location was great, we had a sun filled week so we spent most of our time out enjoying Sea Isle!
