At once stylish, inviting, spacious and comfortable, this 3 bedroom + 3 bathroom home is not only well located but also well designed and appointed, with a combination of original midcentury furniture, art and lighting plus complementing modern pieces. With signature classic midcentury features like natural stone walls, concrete screen block, walls of glass looking out to private atrium gardens and a teardrop shaped swimming pool, you'll feel like you've checked in to a modern version of 1963, with today's technology built in.
The living room with its marble fireplace, HDTV and lounge seating, enjoys a peaceful view of the front atrium garden and the mountains to the west. And the adjoining dining area, with seating for six, looks out to the poolside covered patio and mountains to the east.
