Positive: The property is very well equipped. It has everything you need for a vacation at the beach, including cooler, chairs, umbrella, cocktail mixer, airfyer, we didn’t miss anything. The staff available to be hired is very sweet, helpful and great cooks. They suggest dishes and know the local markets were to get fresh vegetables and fish. Beds, sheets and towels were comfortable and as the rest of the house, very clean. Air conditioning working perfectly as well as other amenities. The pool was cleaned almost daily. Access to the beach is very easy and safe. The beach right in front of the property has rocks so it is not great for bath, but the closest beach end up been our favorite, Praia do Marceneiro. It is not as crowded as others and the beach is incredibly beautiful.
Negative: The common areas are a bit smaller than expected when looking at the pictures. Bedroom curtains do not hold the light from coming in. It is good blackout curtains but in the Northeast sun comes up at 5am so you need actually window with shades to block. Our baby started waking up very early due to the light. As we have a baby and the property provides a crib we requested the crib but it was broken and with a loosen mattress with a sheet that fitted, which wasn’t great. The house was in great condition but the walls could use some paint to cover marks of use.
