Set over one level, the home has been styled tastefully throughout and offers a large open plan kitchen, living and meals area spilling out to the balcony which is the highlight of the home, showcasing amazing views of the coastline and offers the perfect space to enjoy a BBQ with friends and family. In the colder months, stay warm with the beautiful gas fireplace while still enjoying the amazing views.
Kitchen is well equipped and comprises modern appliances (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine (Breville), microwave, toaster, kettle etc) and there is a large dining table seating up to 6 people.
The master bedroom offers a queen bed, second bedroom a queen bed and the third bedroom 2 single beds, serviced by a main central bathroom.

However it is important to note that beds will not be made upon your arrival and you will need to make the beds yourselves prior to sleeping. By supplying linen we are able to keep the tariff and additional charges low by keeping rates you pay to a minimum - however if you wish to have beds made up on your arrival there will be an additional fee for our cleaners to do this. Please confirm if you would like beds made up before you arrive. We also supply bath mats, hand towels and tea towels

BOND/REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT FEE: Please note the bond is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card, this is taken within 48 hours of your arrival and held until 7 days post stay. We require that the bond is simply an amount we "hold" on your card. If there are issues or damages, we will contact you post stay to discuss with a view to resolving before the hold is released.
