Located on a short dead end street, so there's very low traffic flow. Well lit at night for security. Entrance to the Suncoast Trail (hiking/ biking/ walking) is located approx. 400 feet from the property so it's super convenient access if you want to utilize it. Pets allowed with deposit.
Conveniently located; This rural neighborhood is far enough away to be peaceful, quiet, and relaxed but still has quick access to everything you need. Examples include: 20 minutes from Weeki Wachee Springs State Park and Attraction (go see the mermaids, or swim in the cool, crystal clear spring fed waters!), lots of options for waterfront dining within 20-30 minutes, approx. 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport, less than an hour to Busch Gardens, and less than 2 hours from Walt Disney World.
If you're a boater/ fisherman/ scalloper there's plenty of space to park your boat/ trailer and there are several boat ramps within 20-30 minutes of the house.
There is a commercial ice machine in the shop, so plenty of ice is available - just coordinate with the property manager.
