Summary: Expected more from Kimpton. The rooftop has so much potential but it was a hodge podge of furniture and self service. TV in my room did not work. Coffee in lobby was empty for almost an hour between 7:45-8:45am. Cook in restaurant was rude when we asked for more chips with our appetizer. Check in staff were super nice
