What our guests love about our listing:
- Professionally cleaned and sanitized between each and every guest. We OBSESS over cleanliness and ensure all surfaces have been thoroughly washed and sanitized with disinfectant wipes and all linens and towels are bleached

What some of our guests do not love about our listing:
- One wall is shared with a tenant on the other side which has a completely separate entrance and great noise blocking
- The backyard is not as big as some would wish, even though you can still accomplish most things you need.
Our house comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 King size bed in the master bedroom and 2 queen size beds, and a large sofa in the main living room if you need a 7th spot.
- The home occupancy permits 7 people.
- All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest.
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+ and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
We live about 25 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.
You have full and total access to the home with a front private entrance during your stay. Feel free to stream shows as much as you like, whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked kitchen, or jump in your car/take an Uber to downtown!
There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
